Perhaps you are right. Do you think the SEC civil suit that is on deck will be settled quickly? I haven't checked in ages, but I thought that was the original legal action and the SEC usually seeks relief including disgorgement and barring the guilty from public companies.
The burden on the SEC civil suit low, and they could add more counts. Not many defendants are successful against the SEC. I didn't make the big profits some did, but at least it wasn't a big loss. I doubt there is any stock profits to be made from investing in any of the testing kit companies.
