In any event, I will add that if one adds 15 calendar days to the due date, and assuming the due date is November 1, that actually would mean today, not yesterday. By the same token, if the filing date was 10/31, but the SEC was closed, the filing date would be the first day the SEC was open following the due date, and 15 days once again would place that date on November 16.
From all the earlier posts, I thought the extension was 2 weeks, not 15 days. Now I have accurate information, so I will look forward to the 10-Ks.
