Bring back the old Key West, before they commercialized the hell out of it and drove real estate prices sky high. When the town expanded into the northern half, which wasn't developed as much as the south, my best friends mother and stepfather became multi millionaires when they sold an old shop to a hotel for parking. Something between 7 and 14 mil. Prices got so high, the entire family moved out. The good thing is, I got to build a 400K custom home for the parents. Back when 400k meant something.
