Not being an attorney, I can't say what the bridge to NSF is. Although, when Cytodyn was refused access for audit, they contacted the NSF management. Therefore, NSF has been, and is, actively involved in negotiations. NSF purchased Amarex in 2019, and it seems to be in a similar time frame to when issues started to surface.
