I'm anxious to hear what tomorrow brings. I have been sharing these posts to LieHub. 3X commented that a tort case favors the party with the most cash. From that standpoint, he said it would be foolish for Cytodyn to pursue a tort case. My reply was to point out that would depend on the strength of the evidence. If these claims are correct, this could end Amarex and severely damage NSF. I wonder if NSF, in a bid to stop this process and avoid discovery, is going to make this initial settlement worthwhile. However, these are allegations and not facts, yet. It makes me anxious for tomorrow's news!
