Total mindless ClusterF^(K at the highest level...this is not bordering on criminality..but is the very definition of it. SOMEONE needs to go to jail...there are lives that could be lost...or are already lost...and buried under the weight and rubble of this FU(KING disaster...and for this... we paid $80 Million USD. IF this were Medieval times...heads would be on pikes...for ALL to see.
