I clearly meant "actual" approval at the end of my last post and not "acrual" approval, whatever that would be.
Also, based on how the FDA tends to work I'd be surprised if we heard anything much before the 60th day. 60 days total, I presume, and not 60 business days. For example, they don't set PDUFA dates six months out because they don't intend to use most of that time. They're busy. Very busy. Between greased palms that require special soaps to clean off and setting up those retirement plans as big pharma lobbyists or board members, they'll get to their actual work at the last possible moment I assure you.
