I pose this for a discussion. We know SEC and OTC have cracked down on shell companies because of money laundering. I bring this up because indicated in disclosures we are not a shell. But for the time being we actually are. DOC has sold shares. I believe for good reason and not to harm shareholder. Yet it did take place. I image OTC and SEC will not allow more than few quarters with no assets exist being current. I am sure DOC knows this and would not bring UNVC to be considered a shell and potential scam. All the contracts would be lost. This would be the worst thing for his reputation. Another reason we have to be so close to launch.

I hope soon we are treated like most shareholder of publicly traded company. with regular or at least end of quarter communication to shareholders
