Decent Management would keep long supportive shareholders informed if any good news or at least confirm company is on track. This "World Class Management " imo is a good example how not to run a potential successful organization. The "indefinite" silence is not a thumbs up for the BOD and it appears they continue to back up current leadership. I don't expect any good news for current GNBT shareholders and/or Class A shareholders in the near future !! IMO if any progress the only investment that may profit are CLASS B (IPO) shareholders.
I expect the delayed 10K will confirm serious financial concerns and most likely questionable decisions 2021/21.
If eviction of HDQ is confirmed that would be another blow to lack of leadership and more questions ...........
