Why do u consider that as a bashing? DOC has refer

Why do u consider that as a bashing? DOC has referred to that statement couple of times. Please check the timing. I think it was the end of the last year or beginning of this year. He is at least delivering the goods not as fast as of what we want. That is ok. because there are so many things happening behind the scene.
