It's a big world, bigger than just one virus. Something is triggering otherwise latent, past infections to reactivate.. and creating conditions that appear to encourage microtumors to graduate.. as an effect of covid infection. I haven't seen anything that looks precise and plausible, but taken together, it's too much to be coincidence.
