Under staffed??? Last I checked $80 Million can get you a ton of help!!! What a bunch of nonsense. Altering a legal document, changing the date, is a huge violation and they will pay hell for it. How much damage did this cause and ultimately lowered or destroyed our chance of getting an approval at the time is yet to be determined.
