The 10% is only the ones that have to report. This

"Institutional investment managers who exercise investment discretion of more than $100 million in securities must report their holdings on Form 13F with the SEC."
I would suspect that the total shares institutions own could be 2 or 3 times that.
Remember iFudge stock trolls said no large institutions would buy into Verb?
We'll if that was true, then it would be a LOT of smaller institutions did
and we know some very LARGE institutions have as well.
I love this quote
Why Verb Could Blow Up
"Backed by BlackRock and Vanguard, Verb is doing a lot of innovative things with video and CRM marketing, and should be able to capitalize on the world's ongoing COVID-19 problems. Their app is easy to use and provides all kinds of features, including augmented reality technology and an ability to integrate hyperlinks with the video screen."
Verb being backed my two of the largest institutions out there.
I think Vanguard doesn't report until the end of the month. Last quarter they had 2,402,741 shares or about $5 million buckaroos invested in Verb. Will be interesting to see if they have the same, more or less.
Oh one more thingie. BlackRock, Vanguard and the majority of institutions investment style rating is: Low Turnover
They really are screwing up the shorts with their buying
