I gather the next time a 7 or 10 year old accidentally pulls a trigger of a gun they find while exploring around the house and it discharges that even though no one was harmed that the kid will be facing jail or prison time.
I have stories as a kid of many things I lived through that by today's standards I would have never seen the outside of a prison.
