Humble howard, A bunch of pills is still easier

A bunch of pills is still easier to administer than an infusion, especially for what will be outpatients.
As you note, the narrow therapeutic window, early after diagnosis, is more substantially limiting. A great option for those (active cancer/chemo patients) unable to be vaccinated or not seroconverted even with full vaccination.
Hypertension and cholesterol meds are great. In the midst of a myocardial infarction, angioplasty is better.
Leronlimab will have the same impact.
