Seems like many reasons why SNPW train has derailed...keeps pointing in the same direction.

And all along there was MSW Recycler Inc. on the shelf.
Private MSW company on the side was formed in 2019, but why play that MSW-Mississippi card in May 2021 "before" July 13, 2021 MedRecycler-RI permit denial? And why does SNPW let go of MedRecycler-RI all together "before" the July 13, 2021 as shown in the 3rd quarter 10-q deconsolidation.
