The submission of the BTD for mTNBC is a Big Deal :
This cancer is the only one that doesn’t respond to ANY known chemo agents known to date
Most of these women are diagnosed as stage 4 at time of initial diagnosis
61% had visceral Mets at the time of initial diagnosis ( ascites with distended abdomens from weeping mesenterium)
6 of them had brain metastasis .
All of these findings upon initial diagnosis are predictive of an early demise (and what can only be described as a draconian end )
All of these patients were on the carbaplatin chemo ( at least those in trial ) although we really don’t know if they are still necessarily on it .. or just on Leronlimab monotherapy
All these women are Alive
The FDA has a 60 day period during which to approve this BTD submitted to them Friday but does not need to wait the entire 60 days …
There are thousands of women currently being diagnosed with this aggressive nefarious cancer and there will be no justification for the fda to hold its approval as BTD for any more than a much much shorter period of time.
If they choose to do so the outcry of the entire nation will befall them .
