Well it looks like MSW Recycler got a new address
Saw it on twitter. Never could understand why a CEO would start a competitive private company and use the same address as MedRecycler, the only subsidiary that had any chance to be operational and potentially drive revenue.
Then again, SNPW doesn't own any of Med-RI any longer. And changes to the board of of directors may signal more details coming with the 3rd quarter 10-Q.
I don't like unannounced surprises when it comes to investment options. But, I have been going by the financials and believe the next 10-Q coming soon will not be very exciting.
No Durango shovels in the ground. Don't even know if funding was finalized. Anyone really think that will happen in 2021.
Only have a tweeted picture of glass associated with the solar panels and status of test unit fully built to be submitted for UL cert. NMG owns the patents now, but who is the CEO/President of NMG and who owns how many shares of NMG corporate stock? Were the patents assignor the same as the assignor?
