that's not what i was saying. maybe he should be blanket deleted - i have no idea who he is.
but he made some very specific points about our submitted data - making the case that it wasn't a robust data set / submission. I was just asking if anyone could refute that. if he just made it up, i agree - blanket ban him or whatever
