My understanding is that he has 3 mos fro 10/25 to sell that stated amount of shares. But he's certainly not going to sell them at .08 for 1.6 million. That would not come close to purchasing multiple clinics. Imo, he needs the pps to be at least in the 1-2 dollar range. So that's where the 8k and PRs come in. That's the only way to get the price up. But when 3 mos expires then he'll just have to sell for whatever the current price is. That is ,if he hasn't sold them already. And he can't sell all 23 million in one shot. Otherwise that would send the price down the tank. He'll need to sell in blocks at a time OVER a period of time. Anyone else agree?
