Tomorrow could possibly be a big day. But there are two "IF's" involved. #1) IF doc is fully reporting to the sec. #2) IF the bioremedies partnership is a material event. If the answer to both of those questions is YES then tomorrow is the 4th business day since the bioremedies PR and 8k is due. If so, then I would look for the 8k to be dropped at or near closing just to leave the flippers and bashers high and dry. Because come Tuesday morning it would be off to the races! But only doc knows the answer to both of those questions!! If no 8k tomorrow then my guess is that he's not fully reporting to sec just yet. We'll see...
