For those who are wondering (and don't have me on ignore), CYDY's injunction to compel Amarex to hand over the data is a separate animal from CYDY filing a lawsuit alleging breach of contract. In such a filing, CYDY would outline it's case for Amarex's breach and explain the relief that they seek, which could be the return of funds paid to Amarex and damages, depending on the damages clause in the MSA which I don't have in front of me.
