I suspect Nader is confident because he expects to finance Cytodyn with the proceeds from the inevitable $100 million dollar settlement in the Amarex lawsuit.
After all, it is Amarex fault that Cytodyn is not already a $10 billion company. Should be an easy win for Pourhassan.
