We still know of multiple events that Doc has very quietly announced in the last week. BR partnership, recent acquisition, and rollout of his business plan in Maryland. Whether he is fully registered with SEC yet and has to follow the 4 day plan is not the most important thing. The most important thing is Doc is showing that we have started. He told people we would get the 8K in Q4. He filed a form 144 so he can also raise funds for UNVC on the runup with big news. Don't forget FINRA pushing out new info this week!
All of that means it is definitely coming. These things are complete firsts for UNVC and are very exciting to me. All we have to do is keep it together for a little longer and it will all be worth it IMO. I've been waiting for 2.5 years. There are only 16 & 1/2 trading days left in November. Easy peasy.
