Yeah, but what counts in this scenario they put us in is what we perceive as acceptable when they said aBTD would be filed by this week. I assumed we would hear of the news by tomorrow morning.
Either way, it doesn't affect me insofar as to my decision to hold or sell, but it will be abused by shorts who are going to the extreme to crush the share price.
