Trump's first year in office, he tasked the Pentagon into developing a new nuclear weapon which went into service his last year as President, iirc.
The W76-2 around 5 to 7 kilotons. I think they can fit inside the F-35 which would make just about every bomb a stealth weapon.
We could land one on each artificial island in the South China Sea and maybe one on the China side of the Twain Straits to take out their troops. Job done with low fallout.
