It couldn't be someone trying to keep the share price low. It had to be bad performance by the management, you say. What did the management do wrong today?
In my opinion, yes, someone wants to keep CYDY's share price low. There are lots of people who could have the motivation to do that, and the motivation is all in the form of dollar signs.
