That ought to be a doozy. This is the same company that has the 500K convertible loan tied to the Pyrolysis equipment project for Medi-RI. That loan came with high interest and additional fees to extend the first deadline of January 28, 2021 and then not sure about this most recent deadline of July 28, 2021. 3rd quarter 10-Q "notes" ought to be interesting?
So many unknowns and things very quiet lately. That's usually a sign of things going on behind the scenes with accountants and attorneys etc. Not my first rodeo when it comes to things falling apart at the seems. Not good being on the inside during these times.
