my friend mike says otherwise. we can submit forms to sec but doesnt mean we are sec compliant. doc would have to file to file for this compliance first. showing intent to uplist. reasons for this is to uplist otherwis no point. also needs to be audited..
with this said..I'll assume doc has been doing this over the last 6 months so it's not just weeks ago..just his thoughts on the facts so he says
