Fife could still be unloading shares if there were any left to give him his monthly allotments recently. It may be no coincidence that the price rose seemingly unimpeded in Sept before the S-3 was declared effective. It did drop back down after before that happened but failed to recover after the notice of effectiveness and then continued dropping.
