I do not think that the lack of quorum was due to

I do not think that the lack of quorum was due to people not voting. I think it was because many, many brokerages screwed us and did NOT count our votes. I discovered that in one account, the shares were voted -- but in another account, which I absolutely without question DID vote them -- they were listed as NOT VOTED.

I'd sure like to know why people have reported this problem with at least 3 or 4 brokerages. I have never seen anything like this happen before.
