Not quite sure as I do misunderstand things @ times but following a timeline @ end of June they did repost the PR in regards to the 535M evaluation in regards to the evaluation... I think that was clearly a NO NO....
But let's just say it started a small SEC investigation into that valuation and verifying through numerous emails and paper trails would explain part of Krilacs cryptic posts.....
Since GNBT signed those contracts on behalf of NGIO..... & until the IPO....they are both connected @ the hip & if possibly Joe has to TRULY be Silent......
Then IMO Joe's cryptic posts of Thumbs Up pictures on Social Media with a Smile suggests to me that ... ALL WILL be WELL....just don't know the timeline.....
Not sure about information that would show in the 10Q's or 10K....time will tell...
Again not a lawyer especially SEC but sometimes when you need to read around the bush....going through it might add a little clarity....but following the Hanzel & Gretel theory there are enough Crumbs left to find the trail ....
We just have to do play this out until there is Official Confirmation One Way or Another but for this person waiting for a Life Presever thrown from this Version of the Titanic 2....I'll just be the Tretting Water.....
