If we had a IND filed, I would have expected a Trial put in already, since there should have been an approval by now. Looking at the ClinicalTrials.gov web site, there is not anything out there. So, from that standpoint, it looks like no IND as of yet or it has not been approved. Either way, we don't know, because Generex / NGIO has not told us anything.
That is the crux of the whole issue. Management has left everyone in the dark for going on 4 months now.
