Iggy not speaking for Bingo of course but it would have to be a minimum of OTCBB uplist as they will be applying to Nasdaq for the name change. If it were a name change without the uplist they would apply to Pink Sheets LLC for the name and they do Pinky's. So it is safe to say thay applying to Nasdaq means an upward move and not a latteral one.
