1)" I hope QMC isn't withholding negative news regarding Pasaca in order to get a better chance at approving the proxy. "
IMHO,whether or not Pasaca is in the picture the proxy will pass overwhelming.
Basically what choice do shareholders have, without an increase in AS there can be no S-1. With no S-1 there is no relisting.
2) "they'll drop an 8K stating that Pasaca is no longer in the picture,"
That is always a possibility, but again IMHO if you go back and see what Pasaca was looking to get out of their relationship with QMC, the next generation of diagnostic test and anti-counterfeiting, based on QMC last update these are the two area which QMC is putting it's immediate focus.
Even QMC's partnership with Neurolytixs and Vac-chek fits right in with the Pasaca/Innova contract.
"We believe the POCT market is poised for significant growth and the need for rapid, low-cost, highly sensitive, and quantitative point of care tests can best be meet with quantum dot enabled technologies. We intend to continue the expansion of our biotech staff and capabilities, provided we are able to generate sufficient cash flows from operations or through additional financing. This technology is intended to part of our immediate commercialization focus."
