Sad part is most of the followers still believe all of these irons in the fire are still burning strong. Money is gone, company is insolvent, company sued by former board members, board members left the board, Medi-RI is gone, millions of $$ in former Medi-RI equipment is in jeopardy, facility lease has been in default, millions in convertible loans being continuously extended bearing high interest, Bella Electric and NMG have been dormant since day 1. And we have a CEO starting up at least two other companies and getting distracted by other money-making opps during this same timeframe. It's a mess in my opinion. But, they can blame rhode Island politics to feel better.
Nice definition of a conglomerate.
