Bad comparison.
The surgery is over within a few hours and you see the result very early and basically there is nothing you can do immediately afterwards. If they sew your nose to your butt, despite their splendid reputation, I would say this is bad luck because you probably did your DD. Bad luck for you and probably your wife.
In case of Cytodyn, Nader was/ is paid several million dollars and a junk load of shares every year and his main job is to do DD and have persistent oversight of what is going on and how the shareholders money is spent.
It seems Nader had no clue for a very long period what was communicated between AMAREX and the FDA, like as he said that FDA complained at one point that AMAREX did not fix certain mistakes for several months.
For me it seems Nader was not attending the several BLA related meetings with FDA or did not understand what is going on because he would have reacted earlier. Instead, he believed the stories of AMAREX without persistent questioning or external consulting of specialist for much too long.
If Nader makes a mistake, not only you and your wife hold the bag, but more than 40.000 shareholders will have a problem.
