I personally haven't seen the crying going on the other boardsconcerning website grammer and the such.
After a few seconds of searching, i did confirm that both Time and Univec share the same corporate office address, same suite number, 300 E. Lombard St. Suite 1700.
Now those two websites that MLT just referenced look pretty legit to me.
If Time is an aquisition of Univec, wouldn't those websites suffice just the way they are?
Looks to me like they are fully functional.
