I'm sure there's more details to consider but on face value if Ireland with a 91% vaccination has more covid hospitalization cases than its had in seven months, sensibly it could mean once the vaccine wears off, folks are more susceptible to getting covid... possibly even more seriously to be hospitalized? No medical background here but like I say face value layman thought.
