The discussion as best I can follow is that the release of emails by Amarex appears to be an effort to divert attention from the failure to give Cytodyn access to its own data.
The withholding of the trial data was apparently the provocation for the suit..
Returning to my comment on the post by MarkS, the release of the emails by Amarex appears intended to be prejudicial and injurious to NP.
We’ve come full circle.
What conjecture do you have for the release of the emails by Amarex, as I still believe they are tangential to the suite by Cytodyn, despite our back and forth.
Amarex may have pushed back against NP on the filing of the BLA, but the inclusion of these emails appears irrelevant to the litigation for breach of contract.
