Tough to bank on solar panel patents and UL certs
Post# of 12452
In my opinion, so many new U.S. manufacturers of newly designed lightweight non-glass solar panels have come into the space in the past 3-4 years while SNPW was waiting on patents issuance and over a year since patents were issued. Even more of hurdle will be the ability to solicit wholesalers or direct buyers being in an insolvent state as a public company with no revenue and massive debt.
It might get tricky in the near future with NMG subsidiary owning the patent rights now after being assigned from CEO and not knowing what the ownership structure of NMG looks like. They have no website, address, phone number, contacts online. Just a 2015 corporation filing.
