EGOC (energy1corp) filing on 10/18 showing new company entity name on the nevada Silverflume site (Nevada business registry portal)
The new name is China Yicheng Technology Group Limited. This is the most recent filing activity that I have come across to date!. Showing that they continue to move forward and checking off all of the boxes. Because of this filing I would expect that they will also do a ticker symbol change that will put into motion a lot of good things here when they change the cusip#. I believe if the ticker symbol Cusp# is changed then the SEC does a complete audit of all the shares.. If there are phantom shares out there they would be eliminated and I think those phantom share have to be bought back by MM but going off of memory here... This being a huge plus for the investors! Fresh start/clean start. no questions. I think another poster put out some great info on this so I will just keep it brief. Even though the RM through Lazar and the courts took care of a lot of things but it will be even better after a new ticker symbol.. IMO
