It has been posted and validated that there is a possibility of GotVape distributing the Cannacig and some kind of coverage with Hearst Media’s newest online blog “Smell the Truth”. Got Vape is one of the largest distributors of vaporizers. Hearst Media is one of the largest media publications in the world. The common thread to both GotVape and Hearst Media is Cheryl Shuman. I believe relationships are what seal the deals behind closed doors. Cheryl Shuman has an in with each.
Below is an updated listing of due diligence from RFMK PR’s and Shareholder Updates only. There is a factual overview for each announcement, followed by my personal views and comments.
For those looking for answers, an outlined business plan, or just as much information as possible, most of it is spelled out in the PR’s and updates listed below.

Exposure for the Cannacig and RFMK at the High Times Cup should be great. And with an established online store taking orders, and an affiliate sales program near completion, a consistent source and stream of revenue for RFMK is looking good.

High Times is one of the largest publications and has a major following online via social media like Twitter and Facebook. Personally, I see exposure at the High Times Cup as a positive.

This is just an update on how RFMK has furthered their position moving forward and a statement of more Cannacigs coming. We have since seen the shipment arrive and the new upgrades. Some have already received the new Cannacig.

Cheryl Shuman will do product placement with RFMK’s line of vapor inhalers. She has ties to the celebrity community in Hollywood and direct involvement with the hit series Wilfred on Fox television with Elijah Wood. She is an active voice within the cannabis movement.
Historically speaking, individuals like Cheryl who stand strong and are vocal in somewhat monumental movements are always figures of controversy due to the extreme supporters and naysayers. Whatever is said for or against should be taken with a grain of salt. I believe Cheryl Shuman is a great addition to the RFMK team!

PP and PPP being developed by CA manufacture with experience making vaporizers. When completed and approved, a patent will be applied for. Key to this product is to allow vaping of plant matter and oils without overheating, leaking, being small and portable, and having affordability.
There are many vaporizers on the market at the moment, but the PP and PPP aims to combine the best of the best while eliminating problems of other devices. Additionally, it will be more affordable and offer portability. The combination of all these elements are currently unmatched. This is what Judah feels will ultimately put RFMK on the map. When you combine the products that are or will be available by RFMK with the efforts Tom is putting forth in making RFMK a respectable reporting company, you have some serious potential that investors are taking notice of. Especially when you look at the current value of the price per share!

For the first time, we have confirmation of additional outlets who will sell the Cannacig upon the arrival of the shipment which shows more and more interest developing which will naturally flow over to the Pocket Puffer (PP) and Power Pocket Puffer (PPP).

Explanation for dilution with outlined budget where these funds will be applied: large run Cannacig production, auditing firm, Los Angeles sales office, debt paid, Pocket Puffer and Power version being developed. All profits taken from Cannacig sales re-invested to increase future order sizes. Working to attain firm for an audit, file S-1 form, and expect to file form 15c211 to move up to OTCBB. Appointment of first member of BOD.
This shareholder update was one of the most important to date as it gave a lot of information and confirmed previous intentions from PR’s and shareholder updates were moving forward as previously speculated. The key points were re-investing all profits from Cannacig sales to increase future order sizes which would imply short term self sufficiency while in the process of attaining long term funding. An S-1 form registers all securities of a company which shows 100% transparency, and pretty much goes hand in hand with an audit. Next is filing a 152c211 form which can move RFMK to OTCBB where they will have more exposure to investors, this can be a several months approval process. The first BOD member was not announced by name as B&O insurance must be attained first to protect any BOD member. ALL DEBT PAID. Moving forward with PP and PPP and setting up a sales force for the PP and PPP.

Strong demand equals 2nd Cannacig production run of 1,000 – 2,000 units. Final negotiations with firm to audit RFMK’s financials, working to attain funding.
Cannacig SOLD OUT. It seems clear that Tom Allinder has already presented first draft of business plan to funders who did not flat out deny funding, rather requested further steps be taken prior to funding. The fact that RFMK diluted around 48 million shares in the last day or two, shows me that funding has not been secured. The 48 million shares diluted will most likely fund 2nd round of Cannacig production, audits of RFMK financials, patent expenses for the Vapor Inhaler, search for Board of Directors, and uplisting expenses. This needed to be done to keep business moving forward, business that would create near term profits while RFMK works to become fully reporting to achieve long term funding.

We now know that a 2nd round of production in the amount of 1,000 – 2,000 units will begin. Sharing costs allows investors to formulate approximate revenues based on future orders and conveys explicit full disclosure.

The purpose of sharing costs of production and patents is to show the importance in attaining long term funding and where the area of focus will be turned to now. Most likely this is when Tom started approaching interested funders with the business plan.

In hindsight, RFMK was planning on attaining outside long term funding rather than dilute to raise funds. However dilution did take place, which may have been expected as the PR from 3-23-12 implied what RFMK needed to do in order to become a “real company”. Becoming a “real company” would ultimately lead to long term funding opportunities.

In hindsight everything makes perfect sense knowing now that the Vapor Inhaler (Pocket Puffer) can be sold any and everywhere through normal retail outlets. Dilution of 20 Million shares. Funder used for distributing the 20 Million shares also decided to sell out of their position all together which caused excessive trading of over 100 Million shares in a day causing people to question the company.
In hindsight, the 20 Million share dilution was most likely to fund Cannacig Gen 2 research and development and production.

In hindsight, the original plan was probably to have a licensing agreement with THC Scientific to use their Omicron Ecig, but with RFMK’s Cannacig logo, but this never happened as they decided to go a different route. In the meantime, as word spread about the Cannacig Gen 2 being developed, the Cannacig Gen 1 was lost in the shuffle and dispensaries decided to wait until Cannacig Gen 2 was launched.

THC Scientific’s Ecig called Omicron being used in effort to save money in production, realizing strong interest from all over, looking for avenues for distribution beyond CA, asking for investors continued input.
In hindsight, we can now see this is probably where RFMK started to realize this is bigger than they expected. Hurried Cannacig Gen 1 to market in order to start over from scratch on a new plan for Cannacig Gen 2.
