"I think they have good news" Really? Why would

Really? Why would a company whose PPS is sinking rather steadily stay quiet while the price continues to decline? Is it because they want to surprise the world after the price approaches zero? If not, at what price does management say "enough with the suspense, here is the payoff for all you long, loyal shareowners"? And at that point, is there a civil action against the board for failing to fulfill its fiduciary responsibility when, instead of the price going from $0.09 to $0.27, the SP should have gone from $0.36 to $1.08. Your belief they "have good news" simply makes no sense, at least not on a rational level.
People keep trying to "read tea leaves" about this company, interpreting Moscato's facial expression while he lives it up in So. FL, or saying "maybe the delay is because the Bintai deal is about to come through, or some equally non-sensical speculation. I would be completely pissed off if Moscato was doing anything other than dealing straight and head-on with whatever the circumstances are, good or bad. He may be CEO/CoB/Pres, but the company does not belong to him to do with it what he fancies - it belongs to the folks who have poured their own money into it, and he has an obligation to them. One that, for the moment, and the last 3 years, he is not and has not been fulfilling.
