Google why penny stocks are on the German exchange. Hint: It's not the company that puts them there.
I have the information you requested, but I am not going to post it. You obviously have it because you posted this inquiry just after the U.S. Market opened. Clever of you. Did you want us to search for the information and make us feel that we did the work?
Debatable whether the German market has any relevance to the U.S. Market in the first place.
However, after the U.S. Market opens, the German market is utterly irrelevant.
IMHO, the German Market has become a huge fake out in an attempt to manipulate U.S. retail investors. Once again, it failed.
