Wasn't able to follow today, so perhaps your issues were resolved, but I have 3 Vanguard accounts with Cytodyn in them. I received 3 emails, one for each account asking me to vote. I clicked a blue button, selected my choices, and completed the task Maybe 9-12 days ago.
Assuming that you have an email account registered with Vanguard?
