Does anybody else here think that Mr. Allinder should let the shareholders know what else he has in store for them in 2013???
At this rate RFMK will be adding somewhere around 2,000,000,000 shares to the OS over the course of 2013!!
The SEC allows RFMK to "legally" raise as much as $1M per year via the movement of RFMK shares.. as long as RFMK plays by the rules!!!

Tommy Boy is likely going to need to raise the RFMK Authorized Shares total.. "Very Soon"...
Please don't forget that a Revers Split is always an option for him as well. He has played the 10K Carrot in his favor "Big Time".. He just needs to ask himself if he and Cheryl can put enough of a positive spin on it before he pulls the trigger!
