I went and reviewed by ballot vote on TD Ameritrade and was sent to the “ ProxyVote site” my ballot was as I had voted and so I sent the ballot again just to check and it approved my vote and actually said “Thanks for voting”
So I tried it again and it also said “ Thanks for voting” again. So I have been doing it over and over and over the past two hours until I reached approximately 200 million votes. No worries now. We will pass all four items on the agenda just as management asked us to do by their recommendation on each item.
If you’re still reading this post I want you to know that I have been pulling your leg and every time I voted… it showed me the same CUSIP approval number for voting and only counted the first time I voted. I did try to vote multiple times until I saw this number never changed. Besides… the latest vote is the only one that would count if I voted a different way. Voting the same way does nothing… damn it! I would of saved the day!!!… it was a good plan but as things go… not successful.
Maybe all of us can check to see if their own vote counted. It was easy enough to do. Just search your brokers name in your email and follow the prompts to vote. Feeling kind of ornery today and had to pull someone’s leg… maybe it was you?
