I believe Doc has (4) days to file an 8k after announcing a formative PR (Acquisitions, Major Business News, Ect). If it coincides with an annual report it would be a 10k so I believe. (Q3) numbers can be uploaded as per first (2) quarters then Doc can make an announcement followed by an (8k or K's). Don't tear me apart if I'm off but I believe this to be true.
