I never received a USPS mailed paper proxy with a control number. Had my Broker get my control number on October 26 as time was running out. Voted via ProxyVote.
I too received an email on October 27th saying that I had not yet voted. Called number provided and spoke with someone who confirmed my votes were indeed counted, and I confirmed how they were voted.
How many complacent/naive/amateur/confused shareholders never received a USPS mailed Proxy, and did not know what to do in order to vote, or don't follow things closely like those on this Board to even know a vote was coming up?
With all of the above, plus the confusing misinformation emails with worthless competing Proxies sent by the failed dishonest thrown-to-the-curb 13D, I'm not at all surprised quorum could not be reached.
